��ֱ�� is seeking multiple CRAs to join a reputable Clinical Research Organisation in Germany. The successful candidate will work as part of a vast team and a fast-paced environment alongside a dedicated team to select, initiate and close-out investigational sites for clinical studies in phases I - IV, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations and principles of ICH-GCP.

Responsibilities:

Performing site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits
Supporting the development of a subject recruitment plan
Evaluating the quality and integrity of site practices in accordance with regulatory requirements, i.e., Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines
Managing progress by tracking regulatory submissions, recruitment, case report form (CRF) completion, and data query resolution
Collaborating with experts at study sites and with client representatives

Key Skills and Requirements:

University degree in scientific discipline or health care
Proven working history of on-site monitoring experience
Good knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirements
Very good computer skills including MS Office
Excellent command of German and English language.
Organisational, time management and problem-solving skills
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
Flexibility to travel
Driver's license class B
