Business Support Coordinator - Contract - Plainsboro, NJ
ÄÌÎôÖ±²¥ is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Support Coordinator.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for inputting necessary data to build and test systems for future operations. The role also involves managing budget allocations, maintaining speaker lists, and overseeing speaker training programs.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous administrative or related experience.
- Familiarity with Promotional Speaker Programs is highly desirable.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is beneficial.
The Business Support Coordinator responsibilities will be:
- Manage and breakdown budget pools per product for system integration.
- Maintain and update speaker lists for client use.
- Oversee speaker training programs, including registration and follow-up processes.
- Input necessary data for the development and testing of future systems.
